Refund policy

Place your orders carefully, because we can't accept returns on custom-printed gear unless it's something we made a mistake on.

If we made the error, we're happy to replace the products with corrected items. We'll pay the shipping to get the mistaken apparel back to us, if necessary.

Did you receive a damaged item? We make every effort to create superb products at excellent prices. Still, once in a while a mistake will occur that we don't catch - a sweatshirt might have an unfinished seam, or a tee might have a had a small tear during shipment.If you receive one of these items, just let us know and we'll gladly replace it. We'll even send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the item, if necessary. One important note: we don't carry a stock inventory of unit apparel (all clothing is produced during a scheduled production run). That means it may take several weeks to produce your replacement. If you can't wait for the run, just ask for a refund for that item, and we'll cheerfully reimburse you.

Did we send you the wrong size or item? We're continually improving our shipping system to maximize efficiency and accuracy...but we're not perfect! Just let us know what you ordered, and what you received. We'll remake your item during the next production run -- and you can keep the original, mistaken item with our compliments!

Does your apparel not fit exactly right? Your unit apparel was custom-printed during a scheduled production run; for this reason, we can't provide a replacement if an item you ordered doesn't fit exactly right. However, after you've tried the item on, you can often trade with your unit's store or exchange the item with another crewmember. And don't forget, unit apparel makes great Christmas presents!

Did we make a mistake in the design? Our apparel is screenprinted to match the design approved by your unit's command. While we don't offer refunds for apparel with approved designs, we'll make any necessary changes to the screens, at no cost.
